Web Developer - Front and Back Ends

Our client is seeking for Web Developer positions in both front and back Ends.
Front End Developer

Front End Developer role is to develop high converting websites utilizing Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3. In addition, this role is critical in building infrastructure that will make business decisions data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of all the web properties.
• Conduct exploratory projects ranging from AB tests to prototyping new user-interface ideas.
• Ensure the user experience is intuitive and the design is consistent

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. degree in computer or technical-related field with courses and training in web design and development or equivalent experience.
• Expert level knowledge of Javascript, CSS3, and HTML5
• Expert level knowledge of usability and user (and program) interfaces
• Professional experience with increasing web engagement and conversion
• Professional experience with metric based systems: Segment.io, KISS, Keen.io, Google 
Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Marketo, Intercom.io

Preferred
• Track record of increasing engagement and conversion rates.

Web Developer - Backend 

Potential candidate will utilize Object Oriented Programming patterns to develop highly scalable web applications based on user-centered design specifications and business requirements. Specific focus will be given to the backend development process of web applications which includes design of business logic and data architecture.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Work with UI and e-Commerce experience designers to translate designs into functional internet applications, websites, and other browser-based tools.
• Create technical development plan and implements/develops standards compliant code for web applications using the latest technologies.
• Create accurate time estimates and development plans for upcoming projects and validates estimates and development tasks from team members.
• Work on multiple concurrent projects and participate in the entire development lifecycle.
• Maintain the highest level of productivity while adjusting to changing user priorities.
• Create technical documentation and code comments based on industry standards.
• Report to the Manager of Web / Ecommerce and provide regular input on all projects, including status and updates on a weekly basis. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• B.S. or B.A. degree in computer or technical-related field with courses and training in web design and development or equivalent experience.
• Experience participating in the development of optimized direct to consumer ecommerce experiences and web applications.
• Must have an understanding of source code management technologies.
• Ability to support and migrate web development technologies and languages (ASP, PHP, JAVA, etc.)
• Ability to support and migrate DB technologies, MS SQL, MY SQL, Oracle
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills and dedication to quality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently on projects.
• The ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities simultaneously.

Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
